Magnetoencephalography (MEG)

Magnetoencephalography (MEG)

MEG is a state-of-the-art imaging technique that measures the magnetic fields associated with neuronal activity. It is currently FDA approved for pre-surgical brain mapping and primarily used to locate seizure foci. Additionally, Elizabeth Davenport, Ph.D., and her team are using this technology to study concussions, Alzheimer’s disease, and healthy aging, among other applications.
